#Health Check!

When when we think about weight loss, many think of shedding a few pounds to fit into their old pair of favourite jeans, or that bikini they bought from  Fashion Nova! ( We are all guilty of this!) But weight loss is more than just being able to shed a few pounds. Weight loss is also good for our overall health. One of the best things we can do for ourselves is to achieve and maintain a healthy life style. Making healthier choices and drinking more water, ensuring we are active every day even if it's just for 30 minutes. Now we understand that everyone is lifestyle is different and most are reading this saying" I just don't have the time to work out EVERYDAY"  It would be nice to work out everyday yes  but three times a week is best to start with. Making more healthy choices everyday is the goal ,taking the stairs instead of the escalator or elevator in the mall, subway or workplace instead. One episode of Love & HipHop is about 40 minutes! let's do some squats and luges while watching our favourite reality show.
